Work a person actually does
Automated checks reach roughly one third of WCAG success criteria. Everything below is the other part: an accessibility specialist reading your pages, testing them with a keyboard and a screen reader, and writing down what they found. Ranges and turnarounds are published here, not held back until a sales call.
The catalogue
Prices are starting ranges. Final scope and price are confirmed in a written quote before any work begins, and you approve that quote before anything is charged.
How a quote works
Six states, so you can tell which one your project is in. There is no back-and-forth thread where the scope quietly changes.
Get a quote
You give us a project name, the type of work, a description of what to focus on, and links to the pages. If we need to sign in to review something, the credentials come through a one-time secret link that can be opened once and then expires. Never over email, and never stored in a ticket.
Quote pending
A specialist reads the request and scopes it. Usually confirmed within one business day. Nothing is charged, and nothing starts.
Approve
You get a written scope of work with line items and a total. You type your name and title and confirm you have the authority to approve it. That approval record is written before any payment is attempted, so the order exists even if the card does not go through.
Confirm payment and start
The charge is a one-time product through Dodo Payments: no renewal, no trial, no dunning sequence attached to it. Turnaround begins the business day after payment clears.
In progress
You are told where the work stands: queued, in review, draft delivered, revisions. You review the draft findings and send back comments before anything is finalised.
Completed
Deliverables are handed over as files, and they are kept, so the person who needs them in nine months can be sent them again rather than hunting for an email.
Evidence, not assurances
Evidence Pack
A dated, hashed record of the work actually done on your site: what was tested, when, by whom, what was fixed, what was refused and why. It is what we produce instead of a pledge, and it is the honest version of the same thing: a reviewer, a procurement team or a lawyer can check it, because it describes events rather than a state.
- What you get
- Claim analysis, audit, assistive-technology test evidence, expert declaration
- Turnaround

What is in a pack
Claim analysis
If an allegation has been made about a specific page, each point is mapped to what our records show for that page and those dates. It is a factual exercise, and it is not legal advice.
Audit against WCAG 2.2 AA
Every template covered by the licence, with the coverage table frozen at generation time: the rules that ran and, named individually, the rules that did not.
Remediation log
Every status change across the period: what was fixed by the widget, what was fixed in the source, what was marked will-not-fix and the reason given, with the author and the timestamp.
Assistive-technology test evidence
The assistive technology and browser combinations tested, with dates. Where nothing has been tested by a person, the pack says so in those words rather than leaving the section out.
Expert declaration
A signed statement from the specialist who did the work, describing the methodology and its limits. Available where a person was engaged; a pack built from automated history alone says that instead.
Dated and hashed, on purpose
Each pack carries a pack id and a SHA-256 hash computed when it is generated and stored alongside it, so the file in a reviewer’s inbox can be matched against the record we hold. Packs are immutable: a pack is a snapshot of its generation date and never updates itself, so when the site changes you generate a new one rather than editing an old one. The machine-readable export carries the manifest, the coverage table, the remediation log and the raw findings, so someone can check the numbers instead of taking the PDF’s word for them.
What it is not
We do not indemnify you or pay legal fees.
There is no legal representation, and no payment of settlements. If you need a lawyer, you need a lawyer; what we can give them is a factual record.
We do not certify compliance, and no vendor can.
A pack is not a compliance certification. No such certification exists for websites, and a document that implied otherwise would be worth less than the one that does not.
It documents work, not outcomes.
The pack says what was done and when. It makes no prediction about how anyone else will assess your site, and it is not legal advice.
What an engagement does not include
No indemnity
We do not indemnify you or pay legal fees. That is a statement about our contract, not a hedge about our work.
No certification
We do not certify compliance, and no vendor can. Compliance is a legal determination about a specific site, made by a court or a regulator.
No permanent verdict
A specialist’s report describes your site on the dates it was tested. Ship a new template next quarter and it describes something that no longer exists, which is why the widget keeps rescanning and the pack is dated.
