Pricing

Simple pricing for every stage

Start free for 7 days. No card required, cancel any time. Widget plans are priced by the traffic they serve; Flow is priced by the pages and domains it crawls. Both price lists are published here, including Flow’s, which this industry usually keeps behind a sales call.

Latchkey is in private beta, so checkout is not open yet. These are the published prices and the rules that apply to them. Invites go out by hand while the beta is small, and nothing on this page can be bought from a card form today.

Widget plans

The visitor-facing accessibility interface in 33 languages, plus the background engine that patches barriers in the DOM at runtime, with every fix labelled deterministic, inferred or declined, and a coverage table naming the rules that were not run. Each plan shows a monthly price and, where there is one, the annual total. Paying for a year up front is 30% below twelve monthly payments.

Micro

One site, the whole widget, and the coverage table that says what it did not do.

How the traffic bands work

A Widget plan is bounded by monthly visits to the pages the widget runs on. The count comes from the widget’s own beacon, which sets no cookie and stores nothing on the visitor’s device, so the number that decides your bill is one we can show you, not an analytics figure you have to reconcile.

That beacon does not exist until the widget is installed, so a first purchase uses a third-party traffic estimate and the beacon takes over from the second month. Usage is checked 21 days before each renewal, with reminders at 14, 7 and 3 days if you are above your band, and a move to the next plan carries a 7-day window to sort it out first.

Bands by plan

Micro
Up to 5,000 visits a month
Growth
Up to 30,000 visits a month
Scale
Up to 100,000 visits a month
Enterprise
Above 100,000 visits a month

The last row, Enterprise, is quoted rather than listed: above 100,000 visits a month, the band is agreed with you.

Flow plans

Flow crawls a whole site, including the pages behind your login, and ships code patches your developers can review and merge. It is billed monthly and bounded by pages and domains rather than visits.

Crawl a site, triage what it finds, and get patches for the deterministic half.

What no plan here includes

  • No certification

We do not certify compliance, and no vendor can. There is no certification for a website to hold. What a plan buys is remediation, a coverage table, and a record of the work.

  • No indemnity

We do not indemnify you or pay legal fees. No plan on this page carries legal representation or payment of settlements. The Evidence Pack documents work done, which is a different and more honest thing to sell.

  • A third of the criteria

Automated checks cover roughly one third of WCAG success criteria. The rest needs a person: every report names the rules that were never tested, and Services exists for the part software cannot reach.

Billing rules

All of it, in one place, before you buy rather than after.

Trial
Seven days, no card required. Nothing can be charged during a trial because we have not asked for a payment method. If you would rather start immediately, there is a skip-trial option at sign-up.
Cancellation
Cancel any time, self-serve, on every plan including Enterprise. It takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you have paid for, and there is no notice window to observe.
Refunds
14 days on a first purchase. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period.
Changing plan
Upgrades and downgrades are both self-serve. An upgrade takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period, with your renewal date unchanged. A downgrade is scheduled for your next billing date instead: you keep the plan you have already paid for until the period ends, nothing is charged or credited in between, and you can cancel the scheduled change any time before it happens.
What counts as one licence
One licence per registered hostname, and www plus the apex domain count as one: example.com and www.example.com are the same licence, not two. Staging and preview hostnames are free and are marked no-index. A subdomain that is really a different site is a separate licence.
A failed renewal
There is a 7-day grace period configured with Dodo Payments. A card that fails moves the subscription to past due and the visitor-facing widget keeps working for those seven days while Dodo retries and emails you about it. We do not send a second chase sequence of our own. If the grace period runs out, the widget stops rendering entirely rather than showing a broken panel.

What you are agreeing to

  • 7-day trial, no card

Start on any published plan for seven days without entering card details. You can also skip the trial and start a plan straight away.

  • Cancel any time, self-serve

Cancellation is a button in your account on every plan, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no notice window and no retention call.

  • 14-day refund on a first purchase

If the first payment on your account was in the last 14 days and the product is not what you expected, ask and we refund it.

  • Sold by Dodo Payments

Dodo Payments is our merchant of record: the legal seller of your subscription. Your card statement will read Dodo Payments, they issue your invoice and receipt, and they calculate, collect and remit VAT, GST and sales tax.
